Jack's Baby Shower

My wonderful friends threw me the absolute best shower to help me welcome my little Jack Thomas.

They had it at Phoenicia's Gourmet in Ocean Springs for my closest friends. I have to say it was the most laid back, easy to enjoy showers I've ever had. We were all able to just sit back, relax, and have good conversation.

Thanks friends. I enjoyed every minute of it.

Oh, and the food. This is a place we eat at pretty regularly, but Lynsi and Lindey ordered us appetizers and they were unbelievable good. The wasabi shrimp and spinach dip were really to die for.

After the shower, my mom, sister, Lynsi, and myself treated ourselves to pedicures or nails... then we made a short trip through the krispy kreme drive-thru. Bad girls.

Later that night, Matt and myself, the Lennep's and the Thomason's had dinner at the IP and then saw Anjelah Johnson's comedy show. This was my first time to see a comedy show... I felt bad for Jack from laughing so hard all night. The show was great and everyone enjoyed it. The guys didn't much get the nail salon jokes since they've never been in the situations she talks about but of course those were the girls' favorite jokes. I recommend seeing her if you get the chance.
